The location is perfect, just in front of the river, surrounded by a beautiful garden, good space for parking and a nice swimmingpool. We stayed in the appartment with self catering. The appartment has absolutely everything you might need to make you feel like home. The terrace is huge. The host were superfriendly. The village Lalinde is just a few minutes walking and in front of the hotel there is a big supermarket. Many picturesque little villages just some minutes of a car drive. A perfect and very relaxing stay. Highly reccomendable.

The location is perfectly tranquil but only a few kilometres from Lalinde with bars and restaurants. Wonderful, welcoming hosts Beatrice and Jean Claude made our stay just perfect.

The care and attention to restoring the property and the character after it was left as a shell was much appreciated. Everything was perfect, everything was available including bikes if you wanted to cycle. The view was beautiful from our balcony with the table for two, a citronella candle also supplied which was so thoughtful. The sound of the river, the frogs and cicada was so peaceful. The property is in the centre of the village so easy to explore on foot for meals out etc. Our hosts could not have done more and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. Cannot not add that Brian insured that a very important rugby match was not missed, unfortunately the score was not in his favour, sorry Brian, we loved it! When we had difficulty with car hire , Brian helped us out, without him we would not have had a car at all. Cheri has made this big house a home and made us totally welcome, the breakfasts were perfect, we couldn't ask for more from our hosts, Thank you both so much

It's an old house in the country, with a garden. We had two rooms (with a separate entrance), one very spacious, and a huge bathroom. The rooms are very cozy, with beautiful old furniture. The breakfast is lovely - the owners bake their own bread and make their own jams, and there were several kinds of cheese and yogurts besides.

Loved it - they are living and sharing the life of my dreams !...surprised my husband with this as an overnight stay ( a man into his modern world luxury and latest gadgets )and even he enjoyed it and would stay again . Hosts were very friendly and accomodating . Thank-you for sharing your piece of heaven .

Location was stunning, high up overlooking the surrounding countryside, and within easy reach of lots of Bergerac, lots of chateauxes, old medieval towns. The Gîtes were beautiful with gorgeous furnishings, modern interiors, fully equipped and a delight to stay in. The facilities were amazing (large pool, tennis court, bicycles, croquet, boules), and the hosts were super helpful and friendly.
