Boasting a rooftop pool and views of garden, Alminhas da Mindua is a recently renovated country house situated in Vitorino dos Piães, 27 km from Shipyards of Viana do Castelo. This was the nicest stay I’ve had on my Camino, beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool to refresh tired legs and feet. The whole family make you feel so welcome and there is dinner from locally sourced food and some delicious local wines. If you get a chance I definitely recommend staying here.

Large safe parking, super clean, comfortable rooms, charming owner, pretty garden. Self-checking and check-out. Quiet place. Great communication. All in all, I cannot think of anything that was not to my fullest satisfaction. We would definetly book again. Thanks so much.

Situated within 32 km of Mirandela Medieval Bridge in Alfândega da Fé, Casas da Serra - Soeima Housing features accommodation with seating area. The property has mountain views. We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.

The properly is in the most beautiful surroundings, has amazing interior and heated pool and the host and her sister and other staff were so nice and welcoming.

Set in Santa Leocádia, 22 km from Canicada Lake, Quinta da Riba Má offers accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Absolutely awesome! Great location with very nice view.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, Central Suites Arouca is a recently renovated country house located in Arouca, 39 km from Santa Maria da Feira Castle. The property must be one of the cleanest I've ever seen, every corner is immaculate. The serenity of the location makes it very peaceful. Nice to have access to a kettle, fridge, etc. Lots of seating and recliners provided outside so you can take in the view. They even have an electric vehicle charging point.

Set within 43 km of Carvalhelhos Thermal Spa and 23 km of Montalegre Castle, Casa de Campo Gracinda provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tourém. A trip to Tourem is like time travel. It is mesmerising,out of this world. Casa de Campo Gracinda is a typical village natural stone house, restored to high and very tasteful standard. The rooms are warm and cosy with great on-suite facilities. The kitchen and lounge is very well equipped and comfortable. Unforunately our trip was accompanied by bad and cold weather, but the house was warm cosy and made more then up for it.

Situated in Meinedo, in a historic building, 37 km from Ducal Palace, Casa da Portela - Sem Igual is a country house with barbecue facilities and shared lounge. Leila and her husband welcomed us so well. They were very responsive, very helpful and the place is beautiful. I wish I could stay longer. Thank you for everything.
