The lady at reception was incredible, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for sights and food, even booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. I went there in November but the memory is still clear now. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel right at home! I really appreciate it! She’s hospitable, friendly and gave us lots of useful information. To be honest, I’d really much like to book this one again for its wonderful service next time. The room is clean and comfortable and the location is right in the center. It's worth and quality far more than the price! Don’t hesitate to reserve. Btw Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !

These are superb rooms . A very warm and helpful welcome from Alba on reception. A super comfortable firm bed, good shower and good air con . It was nice to have access to ice cold water supply to top up our water bottles out on the landing. Great location esp for the Renfe station which is less than 5 mins away. We absolutely loved San Sebastian and explored the beaches. Old town, museums and the fantastic restaurants .
